Jodi Pultorak, LCSW
Clinical Director

Jodi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Director with extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families across a range of treatment settings. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Social Work from Rhode Island College.
In her leadership role, Jodi oversees clinical programming and supports the development of both staff and services, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high-quality, client-centered care. She is committed to maintaining strong clinical standards while promoting growth, connection, and continuous improvement within her team.
Jodi specializes in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and substance use, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She believes therapy should be practical, collaborative, and empowering, helping clients build insight, confidence, and meaningful change.
She also holds certifications in Clinical Supervision, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), and is especially passionate about telehealth as a way to increase accessibility while maintaining strong therapeutic connection and outcomes.
Kelly Houston, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Kelly is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who began her career as an emergency room nurse, where she developed a passion for supporting individuals during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University–Newark, with a focus in mental health.
She combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, client-centered approach, helping individuals navigate mental health challenges with understanding, dignity, and hope. Kelly is committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered in their care.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys cooking—especially lasagna and Caribbean dishes—spending time with her family and grandchildren, and exploring art galleries and museums. She values creativity, connection, and humor as meaningful parts of the healing process.
Rasha Abdeldayem, M.A., NCC, LAC
Primary Therapist (Pre-Licensed)

Rasha is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a strong foundation in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has completed advanced training in suicide intervention, play therapy, and multicultural counseling.
She has experience providing individual and group therapy across a range of settings, including adolescent inpatient programs, medication-assisted treatment, and in-home services. Rasha works with adolescents, couples, and families, offering care that is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in each client’s unique background.
Rasha is committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where clients feel understood and empowered in their growth and healing.
Christina Minieri, LCADC

Christina has over five years of experience working in co-occurring treatment settings and is passionate about helping individuals navigate both mental health and substance use challenges. She holds a background in Social Work and is currently completing her graduate degree at Georgian Court University, expected May 2026.
Her approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy. Christina has experience supporting individuals with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies, as well as those engaged in 12-step recovery programs.
As someone in long-term recovery, Christina brings meaningful lived experience to her work. She connects with clients in an authentic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental way, creating a space where individuals feel supported in their growth, healing, and long-term recovery.
Natasha Patel, LPC

Natasha is a trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapist with experience across multiple levels of care, including inpatient treatment, PHP/IOP programs, group homes, and private practice. She works with adolescents and adults navigating mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, and identity-related challenges.
She is especially passionate about supporting individuals impacted by substance use, people of color, and those exploring identity and healing from trauma. Natasha takes a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy, prioritizing strong, trusting relationships with her clients.
Her work integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients better understand their thoughts, regulate emotions, and build effective coping skills. When appropriate, she incorporates humor to create a comfortable and authentic space for growth.

Nikesh is a therapist at Arya Therapy who provides compassionate, individualized care to adults and seniors. He specializes in working with men and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, creating a supportive space for emotional expression, personal growth, and self-discovery.
His approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. Nikesh works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and men’s issues, helping clients build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and gain clarity in their lives.
He is especially committed to supporting minority populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals and members of the South Asian community. Nikesh brings cultural awareness and a personalized approach to his work, helping clients feel understood and empowered in their care. He also offers services in both English and Gujarati to increase accessibility for a broader range of individuals.
Taliah Trammell, BA
Case Manager

Taliah is a Case Manager with over five years of experience in behavioral health, including substance use outpatient services and crisis support. She works closely with diverse populations, providing client-centered care, coordination, and advocacy to support individuals in building stability and moving forward in their recovery.
She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling, further strengthening her clinical knowledge and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care. Taliah is passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
